Show Notes
_____________

Tonight's show was absolutely wild. With many new faces in the crowd, the guys didn't disappoint to the Gypsy Kitchen virgins. The first set featured some technical difficulties in Eric's mic, causing "For Your Protection" to be cut short and in turn, segue into a up-tempo improvisation. "Ijo Kiso" was unfinished and led into an unscripted "Psycho Killer".

The second set featured a "Mike's Song" with Led Zeppelin's "Immigrant Song" sandwiched in the middle until giving way to a major jam that featured Weather Report's "Birdland" teases. The Muska/Franko callaboration "Levity" was played for the second time and has since become a crowd-favorite. The highlight of the evening was set-closer "2001" which featured an "E.R." jam (with Ryan on drums and Eric on his keyboard), start/stop jams, Robert Randolph teases and other favorite licks. At one point in the song, Eric left his kit and grabbed about twelve girls from the audience and helped them on stage to dance. The encore saw the debut of Beck's "Where It's At" with samples from the actual album. Only the second set was recorded, but it was probably the better of the two. Indeed, it was a memorable night...
